When I found the magic of the darkroom, many, many years ago, I knew I wanted to be a photographer and take pictures and work for hours in the darkroom making perfect prints. After awhile the darkroom work was less fun and I was looking for ways to expand my work. Old pictures transferred onto fabric and embellished was fun but at the time, it was not easy to find ways to copy images onto fabric. Most recently, I have been printing old images on to a heavy cardstock and embellishing the images with paint, beads, sequins, fabric and other assorted bits.
